Shop, Shop, Shop These Prime Day Deals ‘Til You Drop!

It’s like Christmas came early.

As I sit here hoping my husband conveniently forgets to check his credit card balance, which is… not likely, I’m hoping to earn myself a little good karma by sharing the wealth.

What’s that…? Y’all. Don’t tell me you haven’t heard.

IT’S PRIME DAY.

The retail giant we all love (and love to hate) is hosting its second annual Amazon Prime Day, and that means one thing: Okay, it means lots of things. Lots of deals. Lots of deals on lots of things you need, and lots of deals on lots of things you don’t too.

This morning alone I purchased something like 500 diapers, and two car seats, and a bunch of toys (as if my three month old son doesn’t already take enough of my money), and before the day’s out I may or may not be the proud owner a few more gadgets. I’m currently watching a knife sharpener, a Kindle Paperwhite, and a new beard trimmer.

Segways, and Roombas, and coconut water, oh my.

It’s all the talk around the water cooler today.

Here are a few of the Prime Day deals we’re most excited about:

Michael‘s got his eye on a new pair of Ray-Ban Aviators. Marie is waiting for the upcoming Lightning Deal on this Bluetooth Speaker later. Sam decided he neeeeeeds a new Roomba.

Chris spent $200 on a fancy new watch (Hey, it was on sale!), and Harry got himself a hammock to match the one in Nick’s office. Nick, he waited too long and missed the deal on the TV he was eyeing; bummer. Ian? took that as his cue to act, and bought the GoPro HERO he’s been ogling.

Prime Day and all its goodness is available to Amazon Prime members in the United States, the UK, Spain, Japan, Italy, Germany, France, Canada, Belgium, and Austria.

It started at midnight and the sales will continue throughout the day… but listen: While some of these deals will run all day, many appear (and will disappear just as quickly) as Lightning Deals — so if you’re interested, you’ll want to keep a close eye on Amazon’s upcoming deals, which will appear on its site and mobile app.

Not a Prime member?

Sign up for a 30-day free trial today, and voila! You’ll qualify for all the deals and steals. But don’t forget to cancel on time if you don’t want to be charged. Then again, after a month of Amazon Prime (that two day shipping though!), you won’t be cancelling anything.

Oh, and just a few more helpful tips, and then it’s back to shopping for me!
