Every project gets a written quote after discovery. These starting prices show where each type of build begins.
Already on WordPress and not sure Webflow is the right move? We build both, and our WordPress design and development team will give you an honest comparison.
These fees are billed by Webflow directly, not by Conversion Pipeline. They are separate from our build cost, they are per site, and Webflow can change them at any time. Prices below were taken from webflow.com/pricing in October 2026 and are shown in USD, billed yearly, before taxes.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Free | webflow.io subdomain only, 2 static pages, limited CMS. Fine for testing, not for a live business site. |
| Basic | $15/mo | Custom domain, up to 300 static pages, no CMS. Good for simple sites without a blog. |
| Premium | $25/mo | Everything in Basic plus the Webflow CMS (up to 20,000 items), site search and form file uploads. This is where most business sites land. |
| Team (Platform) | $2,500/mo | Annual contract. Adds Localize, publishing workflows, governance and priority support for larger teams. |
| Enterprise | Custom | Quoted by Webflow for organizations that need SLAs, SSO and custom configurations. |
| Plan | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Ecommerce Standard | $29/mo | 500 items, 2% transaction fee on top of Stripe or PayPal fees |
| Ecommerce Plus | $74/mo | 5,000 items, 0% transaction fee |
| Ecommerce Advanced | $212/mo | 15,000 items, 0% transaction fee |

| Workspace Starter | Free | Every account gets one. Most clients never need more. |
| Workspace Core / Growth | $19 / $49 per month | For teams that need more staging sites, code export or publishing permissions |
| Extra seats | $39 full, $15 limited, per seat per month | Only needed if several people on your team will edit inside Webflow |
Good news for most clients: when Conversion Pipeline builds your site, it is staged in our agency Workspace, so you typically only pay Webflow for the Site plan once the site launches on your domain. Optional add-ons like Analyze, Optimize and Localize are billed by Webflow on top of the Site plan.

We learn your brand, goals and audience, review your current site and analytics, and lock the scope and price before any work starts.
Wireframes and mockups for key pages, with clear navigation and strong calls to action. You review and request changes.
We build responsive pages and CMS Collections with clean structure, then connect forms, tracking and integrations.
Copy goes in, metadata and schema get set, and old URLs are redirected so search equity carries over.
We test across devices and browsers, check speed and forms, and launch on your domain.
Your team learns the Webflow Editor. We stay available for updates and improvements after launch.
“The question we hear most is why two Webflow quotes can be thousands of dollars apart. It almost always comes down to custom design, CMS depth and integrations. We put those in writing up front so you can compare apples to apples.”Michael Delpierre, CEO of Conversion Pipeline
A new site is only half the job. Our conversion rate optimization team keeps improving it after launch so more visitors turn into leads.
Our builds start at $5,000 for a starter site, $12,000 for a custom business site, and $25,000 for advanced or enterprise projects. Your final price depends on scope. Webflow also charges its own Site plan, starting at $15 per month billed yearly for a Basic site with a custom domain.
No. Hosting is part of the Webflow Site plan, which Webflow bills to you directly. We help you pick the right plan and set it up, but the fee goes to Webflow, not to us.
Most business sites need the Premium Site plan ($25 per month billed yearly at the time of writing) because it includes the Webflow CMS for blogs, case studies and other content your team updates often. Simple sites with no blog can use Basic.
Yes. We migrate content, rebuild templates in Webflow, map every old URL and set up 301 redirects so you protect the rankings and traffic you already have.
Yes. We build CMS Collections and page layouts with editors in mind, then train your team. Most clients update blog posts, team bios and page copy without calling us.
Yes. We can keep helping after launch with updates, new pages, SEO and conversion improvements. Ongoing support is quoted per project based on what your site needs.
Scope. Page count, custom design, CMS depth, integrations, Ecommerce, migration and custom code all change the hours involved. Ask every agency for a written scope so you can compare them fairly.
Tell us what you need and we will come back with a clear scope and price. No pressure, no surprise line items.
